To know him was to love him, and I knew him since I was aware of the world around me, likely 1969 or so. he was my brother Jimmy's best friend along with the rest of the Parkview Drive crew, and then some. I think I uttered my first curse word when I was 9 or 10 and it was Tom who shouted "watch your mouth." Jimmy said "I'd listen to him if I were you." Oh I did, NOBODY messed with Tom. We would always manage to run into one another over the years, Jimmy likely having a hand in it, and we would always end up going for a cruise and talking and laughing about old times. Looking back, it was good therapy for both of us. I will miss you my brother. Say hello for me.
