Theodore "Ted" J. Bojarski, 87, of Southington, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at HCC at New Britain General. He had been the loving husband of Patricia (Gannon) Bojarski for 65 years.
Born in Waterbury on May 12, 1929 to the late Alexander and Wanda (Sklobicki) Bojarski, he had been a longtime Wolcott resident before recently moving to Southington.
Ted proudly served his country in the U. S. Navy during the Korean War. He was very active in several local churches and generously volunteered his time with many local charities.
In addition to his wife Patricia, he is survived by his son Robert W. Bojarski and his wife Rosalinda; his daughter, Cindy Babon and her husband Michael; his beloved sister-in-law, Catherine Gannon; 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. He was predeceased by his brother Francis Bojarski.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the Zion Lutheran Church, 531 Woodruff St., Southington. Calling hours will be held before the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the church. Burial will be private. Plantsville Funeral Home has been entrusted with handling the arrangements.
