Steven P. Rozenski, Sr

Steven P. Rozenski, Sr., 62, of Jacksonville, FL, died Sunday August 7, 2011 in Florida.

He was the son of Genevieve (Banach) Rozenski and the late Vincent Rozenski.

In addition to his mother he is survived by son, Steven Rozenski Jr. and daughter, Stacia Mattioli and grandchildren: Jason, Gina and Nina. He also leaves many cousins and dear friends to mourn his passing.

Steven was born August 18, 1948 in Bristol. He was a graduate of Bristol Central High School and a graduate of St. Michael's College in Winooski, VT. He worked as a tree geneticist in the State Department of Forests and Parks in the state of Vermont. He then worked for Spencer Press in Wells, Maine for many years before moving to Florida. He was a member of the K of C, Council #20 in Bristol, was an avid fisherman and enjoyed skiing.

Funeral services will be held Monday August 15, 2011 at 10 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church, 510 West St., Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. There are no calling hours.
