Sally Marie Pacia

Sally Marie Pacia, 96, of Southington passed away peacefully on Monday April 29, 2013 at the Summit at Plantsville.

Born in Southington on November 10, 1916 to the late John and Mary (Milnik) Pacia, she had been a lifelong Southington resident.

Sally graduated from Hartford Hospital in 1946 and worked as a registered nurse for many years. She also attended Columbia University in New York. She was a longtime member of the Holy Trinity Polish National Catholic Church.

She is survived by her nephew Stanley Sepiol and his wife Marie of Southington and several cousins. She was predeceased by her brother Edward Pacia and 2 sisters, Patricia Pacia and Jean Sepiol.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday May 1, 2013 at the Holy Trinity Polish National Catholic Church, 200 Summer St., Plantsville. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity PNCC Cemetery, Plantsville. There are no calling hours. Plantsville Funeral Home has been entrusted with handling the arrangements.
