Ralph M. Clough Jr.

 Ralph M. Clough Jr., 76, of Wallingford, CT, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at MidState Medical Center. He had been the loving husband of his high school sweetheart, Mary (Hayes-Doty) Clough for 55 years. 

Ralph was born on January 29, 1947 in New Haven, CT to the late Ralph Sr. and Jessie (LaRock) Clough. He graduated from Wilbur Cross High School and worked at the Coca-Cola Company for 49 years, proudly retiring in 2015. Ralph was a hard worker often balancing 2 jobs, and was an avid collector of all things Coca-Cola. He enjoyed going out to eat, playing cards with friends and listening to the Oldies. He was a proud Poppa while watching his grandchildren's sporting events.

In addition to his wife Mary, Ralph is survived by his daughter, Kara L. Bouteiller and husband Daniel Jr. of Southington, daughter, Michele Genest and husband Scott of Durham and 4 grandsons: Daniel III and Dylan Bouteiller and Joshua and Ryan Genest. Ralph is also survived by his brothers; Edward Clough and wife Ellen Ann of North Branford and David, Donald, Kenneth and Wayne Clough. He also leaves behind several close friends, who were just like family to him.

A funeral service will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville.
