Patricia L. McVaney

Patricia L. McVaney, 75, of Southington, passed away peacefully after a long illness on her birthday, Monday, February 3, 2025, at UCONN Health Center. 

Patricia was born in Meriden on February 3, 1950 to the late Lloyd Lee McVaney and Gwendolyn (White) McVaney. 

She graduated from nursing school in Elkins, West Virginia and worked as a licensed practical nurse for many years. She loved animals and making jewelry. 

Patricia is survived by two siblings, brother, Thomas McVaney and his wife Candy of Waterford and sister, Barbara Ouellette and her husband John of Southington and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be celebrated at 12 noon on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Faith Baptist Church, 243 Laning St., Southington. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
