Pamela Jean Brush, 52, of Southington, passed away on Tuesday March 24, 2015 with her family by her side in New Britain, after a sudden and brief illness.
She was born on Nov. 4, 1962, in New Britain, the beloved daughter of William and Ellen (Kilduff) Brush. Raised in Southington, she graduated from Southington High School in 1980. She worked for 33 years as a lock assembler, through four different company name changes, the last being Camlock, a job she took great pride in. Pam was an active member of the First Congregational Church of Southington, were she had served as a Deacon and a very proud past member and follower of the Southington Band Backers.
Pam loved spending time with her family, especially her son Brian. She enjoyed trivia night with her friends, sushi nights out, and watching her nieces and nephews grow. She loved to read, listen to music and loved animals, especially frogs.
Pam is survived by her beloved son Brian Lazowski of Southington, her parents William and Ellen and five siblings; sisters, Bea Brush and partner Michele Lane of RI; Ellen Dietz and husband Roger; Jennifer Brush and partner Jeffrey Shulthiess; brothers, William Brush III and wife Barbara and Andrew Brush and wife Kerry, all of Southington. She also leaves behind her loving godmother, Jean Fulcher of Old
Saybrook and her godfather, Peter Kilduff of New Britain; 14 nieces and nephews, whom she cherished, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Plantsville Congregational Church, 109 Church St., Plantsville. Burial will follow in South End Cemetery, Southington.
