Myrtice H. Lapreay

Myrtice Helena (Perry) Lapreay, 92, formerly of Plantsville, died on November 8, 2012 at Southington Care Center.

Myrtice was born in Putnam, CT on July 17, 1920 to the late George and Ella (Long) Perry. She was married for 56 years to Adelard "Sibby" Lapreay until his death in 1994.

She is survived by her son Albert Lapreay and his wife Laraine (Maddelena) Laprey of Plantsville and her daughter Charlotte Bennett and her husband Jan Bennett of Berlin; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 sisters Ada Schmitz of Plainville and Helen Joyal of Woodstock and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Phyllis Paraskevas and son-in-law Anthony Paraskevas, formerly of Brockton, Mass; her brothers Clarence, Walter, Chester, Ralph and James Donald Perry formerly of the Putnam area and her sisters Effie Beaudreault formerly of Putnam and Mildred Desrosiers formerly of Mass.
