Mary T. Kern

Mary T. Kern, 52, of Southington and Blythewood, South Carolina, died on November 4, 2016 after a long illness.

She was the daughter of Sandra (Kwasniewski) Kern and the late Charles Kern Sr. Mary was born in Southington on February 22, 1964.

She was an exceptionally kind and caring person who loved all animals, especially her dog Blue.

Mary is survived by her sister Michele Harrison and husband Donald of Bristol, who were very kind to her and caring; her brother Charles Kern Jr. and Kelly Wright of Sturbridge, MA who were most kind, generous and giving; her sister Kristen Kern of Southington who helped Mary often and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Christopher Kern.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Southington.
