Mary P. Dennison

Mary (Perry) Dennison, 93, of Southington, passed away at her home on Saturday, December 10, 2022. She had been the loving wife of the late John Dennison for 60 years.

Mary was born on July 20, 1929 in Windsor, CT to the late John and Mary (Linonis) Perry and been a longtime Southington resident.

Mary graduated from Bloomfield High School, Class of 1947. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles and gardening. She also loved flowers, especially chrysanthemums, irises and gladiolus.

Mary is survived by her 2 daughters, Kathleen Messner and her husband David of Bristol and Nancy Soucie and her husband George of Southington, 3 grandchildren, David Dennison, Nikki Ferland and her husband Zach and Eric Soucie and 2 great-grandchildren, Brycen and Harper. She is also survived by her sister, Ruth Jefferis of Windsor and many nieces,nephews and cousins, as well as her special neighbor, Jay.  In addition to her husband John, Mary was predeceased by 2 sons, David Dennison and Michael Dennison and her sister, Dorothy Roth.
