Martha H. Mauldin

Martha H. (Philipp) Mauldin, 82, of Bristol, CT, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017 at HOCC at New Britain. She had been the loving wife of Roy Mauldin for 56 years.
 
Martha was born on January 13, 1935 in Germany to the late Franz and Marie (Slizyk) Philipp and came to the United States in 1961.  She loved flowers and enjoyed gardening.

In addition to her husband Roy, she is survived by her niece, Brenda Bosse and her children; Desiree Piatek and her husband Adam of Southington; Austin Willoughby of Waterbury and Adrienne Bosse of Southington; niece Sandra Dutton and her husband Jerry; niece Vickie Coley and her husband David, all of Havelock, NC; Marilyn Steen and her husband Buddy of Hamlet, NC; nephew Eddie Mauldin and his wife Wanda of Ashboro, NC; nephew Ricky Sparks and his wife Liz of Hamlet, NC and a very loving extended family. She was predeceased by her son, Raphael Roy Mauldin, her sister-in-law Annie Pearl Hoffman and brother-in-law James Mauldin.
 
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Richmond County Memorial Park, Rockingham, NC.
