Lorraine K. Wilson

Lorraine (Karish) Wilson, 90, formerly of the Milldale section of Southington passed away peacefully on Monday September 16, 2013 at Aurora Senior Living of Norwalk. She had been the loving wife of the late Francis C. Wilson.

Born July 3, 1923 in Southington to the late John J. and May Annetta (Dutton) Karish, she had been a lifelong Southington resident before moving to Norwalk in her later years.

Lorraine was an active member in many of the Women's Groups at the First Congregational Church in Southington.

She is survived by her daughter Jan Wilson of Norwalk and her son David Wilson of Bristol, her sister-in-law Kathryn (Karish) Litke of Farmington and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Shirley Bagnati and her two brothers, Jack and Clifford Karish.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday September 21, 2013 at the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Southington.
