Lieselotte "Lottie" L. Kinder

Lieselotte L. (Taube) Kinder, 82, of the Plantsville section of Southington passed away peacefully at home Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012. She was born in Liebau, Germany, a daughter of the late Paul and Hedwig (Boch) Taube. Lottie, with her late husband Walter, immigrated to the United States in 1951. They resided in Demarest, New Jersey for over 45 years. Lottie moved to Plantsville in 2001 and felt fortunate to develop a group of caring friends who she loved making kuechen for and playing cards with, especially the Mucci and Schaupp families. Lottie adored her granddaughters Alyson and Alexandra and her loving companion Toto.

She is survived by her daughter Hannelore (Kinder) Depathy of Plantsville and son Claus Kinder and wife Larysa of NY. She also leaves brother Gerhard Taube and wife Hanna, and sister Lenchen (Taube) Jahnel of Germany, brother Joachim Taube and wife Gerry of NJ and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brother Erwin Taube and sister Martha (Taube) Barzynski of Germany.

Lottie's family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday February 28, 2012 from 4-7 pm at the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St, Plantsville.
