Kyle T. Ancher, 52, of Bristol, was called to Heaven on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Bristol Hospital.
Born in Bristol on May 18, 1963 to the late George and Dorothy Ann (Czarnecki) Ancher, he had been a longtime Bristol resident.
In his younger years, he enjoyed playing baseball, which included playing with the American Legion Baseball Team in Bristol. He had the potential of pursuing a professional baseball career but selected to follow his passion for woodworking after being mentored by his teacher, Nelson Lyons and his father.
Kyle also had a high level of appreciation for American-built vintage machinery, as well as for antiques and historical restoration and preservation.
During his lifetime, he was loved by many, including his life partner Brenda A. Nadeau and her family of Plantsville.
Kyle is survived by his son Benjamin T. Ancher of NJ, his brother, Dean Ancher and his wife Susan of Burlington and his aunt Cathy and uncle Mark Czarnecki of Herman, ME. He was predeceased by his brother Craig Stephen Ancher. Kyle was blessed to have many lifelong friends and will be missed by all who loved him.
