Kenneth T. Guerin

Kenneth Thomas Guerin, 59, of the Plantsville section of Southington died peacefully on Friday January 13, 2012 at Sheriden Woods Health Care Center in Bristol, CT.

Ken was a friend to everybody and was loved by all. He attended Marion School and worked at Kuhn and Powers Workshops in Meriden. He was an active participant with SARC and loved bowling, skiing, and all outdoor activities. He will be greatly missed by all those who shared his life.

Kenneth is survived by 3 brothers: John Guerin of Beaver Cove Maine and wife Nilsa, Neil Guerin of Cape Cod, Mass. and wife Alberta; and George Guerin of Atlanta, Ga. and wife Lori; 3 sisters: Paula Guerin of Plantsville; Patricia Heaphy and husband Art of Punta Gorda, FL and Barbara Palmieri of Wolcott and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents John V. and Theresa (Minarovich) Guerin.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday January 16, 2012 at 9:00am from the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am at St. Aloysius Church, Burritt St., Southington. Burial will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Southington. Calling hours will be held on Sunday January 15, 2012 from 2-4pm at the funeral home.
