Jonathan F. Boros, 41, of the Plantsville section of Southington, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday April 3, 2013. He was the loving husband of Hacah (Goski) Boros and the adoring father of their two children, Grace and Noah Boros.
He was born in Bridgeport on November 23, 1971 to Stephen Boros and the late Margaret (Tranquillo) Boros.
Jonathan served in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg and later in the Connecticut Army National Guard. He was a veteran for his service in Panama.
Jonathan earned his B.S.N. from CCSU and was a candidate to receive a Doctorate as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He worked as a nurse and Clinical Quality and Compliance Officer at Community Health Services, Inc. in Hartford. He proudly served as Vice President of the local AFT union.
He was active in his community and in volunteering; participating in the YMCA polar plunge, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training triathlons and marathons.
In addition to his wife Hacah, their two children and his father Stephen, he is survived by his two brothers, Stephen and David Boros and their families; his loving Aunt Marybeth Paglinco and family. He also leaves behind many loving uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and great friends. For all that knew him, Jonathan was larger than life and a great friend to many.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday April 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville.
