Jeffrey R. Platt

Jeffrey R. Platt, 60, of Southington, passed away at his home on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Jeff was born on November 5, 1962 in Winsted, CT to the late Edward M. Jr. and Joan A. (Palmer) Platt.

He worked as a painter at the Aqua Turf Club for many years. He enjoyed going to tag sales and adored his cat, Admiral.  

Jeff is survived by two brothers, Christopher R. Platt of Southington and Edward M. Platt III and wife Ann of Plantsville and one sister, Andrea Huey and husband Donald of Ludowici, GA. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces; Christopher Platt Jr. (Samantha) of Southington, Dylan Platt (Erika) of Hebron, Hannah Platt (Nicholas) of Plantsville, Nicholas Daigle of Bristol and Savannah Huey of GA and 2 great-nephews, Jonathan Platt and Leon Bradley.  In addition to his parents, Jeff was predeceased by his brother, Timothy A. Platt.
