James W. McKay

James "Jimmy" W. McKay passed away Sunday July 8, 2012 at HCC at New Britain General. He was born Dec. 24, 1958 to Audrey (Jean) McKay and the late James A. McKay.

Jim graduated from Wilcox Technical School in 1976 and was employed at Peerless Screw in Cheshire. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and sports. He will be sadly missed for his instant smile and hearty laugh.

In addition to his mother Jean, he leaves behind his brother Jeffrey McKay and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday July 14, 2012 at the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Southington.
