Henry A. Turci, 87, of Southington, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday July 20, 2013. He had been the loving husband of Agnes (Zakrewski) Turci for 65 years.
Born December 15, 1925 in New Britain to the late Harry and Albina (Ghiselli) Turci, he had been a longtime Southington resident.
Henry proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. He worked as a tool designer at Pratt and Whitney, retiring after many years of service. He was a longtime parishioner at Mary Our Queen Church.
In addition to his wife Agnes, Henry is survived by 7 children: Gary Turci and his wife Lori of Cheshire; Susan Turci and her partner Gertrude Cowan of Boston, MA; Maureen Turci and her husband Josef Kleineman of Fort Lee, NJ; David Turci and his wife Susan of Plantsville; Carol Langston and her husband Keith of Southington; Thomas Turci and his wife Christine of Plantsville; Patricia Coviello and her husband John of Plantsville and 9 grandchildren.
