Henry W. Borysewicz Sr

Henry W. Borysewicz Sr., 83, of Southington passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday March 13, 2014 at HCC at New Britain General. He was the loving husband of Margaret (Morrissey) Borysewicz for nearly 60 years.

Born July 11, 1930 in New Britain to the late Anthony and Josephine (Karvowski) Borysewicz, he was a longtime Southington resident.

Henry proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. He was a longtime member of Mary Our Queen Church.

In addition to his wife Margaret, he is survived by his son Henry W. Borysewicz Jr. and his wife Mary of Southington; his daughter JoAnn Floyd and her husband Dennis of Bristol; 5 grandchildren: Kevin, Rachel, Heather, Melissa, and Vanessa and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 7 siblings.

Funeral services will be held on Monday March 17, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. from the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville with a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Mary Our Queen Church, 248 Savage St., Southington.
