Frank J. Cerra Sr

Frank J. Cerra Sr., 46, of Southington died unexpectedly on Monday December 26, 2011. He had been the loving husband of Kim (Bauchiero) Cerra for 12 years and loving father of Frank J. Cerra Jr. and the beloved son of Frank and Elaine (Fazekas) Cerra.

Born in Bridgeport on January 12, 1965, he had been a longtime Southington resident.

Frank was an avid cyclist and he loved to watch his son play hockey. He was an organ donor.

In addition to his wife Kim, his son Frank, and his parents Frank and Elaine of FL, Frank is survived by his sister Lisa Sheran and her husband Dennis of PA, his father-in-law and mother-in-law David Bauchiero Sr. and MaryAnn Bauchiero of Southington, his brother-in-law David Bauchiero Jr. and his wife Lori of Southington; his nephews: Jeffrey, Ryan, and Corey Sheran of PA, his nephews: David III, Dillon and Dean Bauchiero and his niece Lauren Bauchiero, all of Southington. He was predeceased by his brother-in-law Joey Bauchiero.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Saturday December 31, 2011 at the St. Aloysius Church, 254 Burritt St., Plantsville. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
