Faith M. Alderuccio

Faith (Favreau) Alderuccio, 81, of Southington passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday October 6, 2012 at the HCC at New Britain General. She was the beloved wife of the late Pete Alderuccio for 61 years.

Faith was born in New Britain on April 5, 1931 and was a longtime Southington resident.

She worked as the Director of Religious Education at St. Dominic Church for 26 years and was an avid QVC shopper.

Faith is survived by 2 children: Stephen A. Alderuccio and wife Janet from Waterbury and Donna Jarry and husband Paul from Southington; 6 grandchildren: Lorinda, Rit, Kevin, Aaron, Jason, and Graham, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her 2 brothers, Arthur and Stephen Favreau and her sister Gloria Witt.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday Oct. 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. from the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Church, 517 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott. Burial will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery, Southington.
