Daniel R. Soto

Daniel R. Soto, 24, of Southington, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 4, 2020.  

Daniel was born on January 17, 1996 in New Britain. He was a Southington High School graduate, Class of 2014. After graduation, he proudly enlisted in the U.S. National Guard. Dan was an outgoing, fun loving person with a good heart. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and will be deeply missed by all of those who loved him.

He is survived by his mother Tracey Brunetti-Galatro and his stepfather James Galatro Jr. of Tampa, FL; his siblings, Kari Burr of Wallingford, Benny Soto Jr. of Southington, Roberto Soto of Tampa, FL, Dominick Soto of Newington, Joshua Galatro and Jessica Galatro, both of Southington, his cherished niece, Karlie and his father, Benny Soto Sr. of Puerto Rico.  

In lieu of flowers, donations in Daniel’s memory may be made Hartford Hospital- Henry Low Heart Center, Department of Philanthropy, 80 Seymour St. P.O. Box 5037, Hartford, CT 06102.
