Charlotte Thompson

Charlotte Thompson, 73, of Southington died Saturday March 20, 2010 at the HCC at New Britain General. She was the wife of the late Raymond Thompson.

Born September 18, 1936 in Brattleboro, VT to the late Kenneth and Anne (Stortz) Babbitt, she had been a longtime Southington resident.

She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.

She is survived by three sons: Kenneth Thompson of Cheshire, Jeffrey Thompson and his wife Rose of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Raymond Thompson of Southington; one daughter Donna Tyler of Coventry, R.I.; one sister Patricia Crouch of Beckley, West Virginia and six grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Sat. June 19, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 145 Main St., Southington. There are no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
